As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, including: ### Key Responsibilities * Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations * Checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks * Collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues * Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner * Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings * Incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations * Supporting implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process ### Essential Qualifications * 1-2 years of analytical capabilities running with massive data units for projects or trending/possibility identification * Strong, effective attitude with the ability to work independently * Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills – able to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users * Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ### Preferred Qualifications * RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides * Advanced talent in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience using MS Access database ### Skills and Competencies Required for Success * Ability to encourage alternate and pressure alignment in matrixed surroundings * Demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability * Capacity to assume strategically, follow validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects * Articulating dangers or worries and taking proactive measures to address them ### Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
