Join a fast-growing, trend-forward food company for a paid internship opportunity in Northern California. This hands-on, field-based role is your chance to learn the foodservice sales process directly from an experienced industry leader. You’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with chefs and owners, demo premium food products, and create sample dishes on the fly. This is an immersive opportunity that blends culinary creativity with real-world sales experience. What You’ll Do • Travel daily to restaurants in the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley to introduce and demo our product line. • Prepare sample dishes in commercial kitchens to showcase product versatility and value. • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and operators. • Cold-call and conduct in-person product drop-ins to generate interest and brand awareness. • Collaborate with our regional broker reps on territory development. • Submit brief daily reports to track visits, feedback, and conversions. Who You Are • Currently studying culinary arts, a recent culinary graduate or a competent self taught chef with culinary chops. • Fearless, highly motivated, energetic, and eager to build industry connections. • Confident in a professional kitchen and comfortable interacting with new people. • Able to create impromptu sample recipes and presentations. • Spanish-speaking a plus (not required). • Based in the Central Valley or East Bay with own car.
