If you have good typing skills and attention to detail, this job is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency * Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed * Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances to ensure optimal performance * Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network settings as required * Alert and log monitoring to ensure prompt identification and resolution of issues * Perform preventative health checks to prevent network downtime * Incident management, including reporting and resolution of network-related issues * Administer security and IAM to ensure secure access to network resources * Reporting and analysis of network performance and security metrics **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) * No prior technical experience required * Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills * Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients * Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's degree or higher in a related field (not required but preferred) * Experience working in a data entry or IT-related role * Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux, and other operating systems * Knowledge of Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, and other technical tools * Experience with network appliances, load balancers, routers, and switches * Familiarity with ITSL processes and tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
