Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary task will be to input contact information for college/university coaches across 17 sports categories into our website. This will involve: Logging into our website and accessing the list of schools, each with a link to a relevant Google search to find the contact information for all coaches of a specific sport Searching for and retrieving the required contact information (full name, title, email, and phone number) from the university/college athletic website Inputting the contact information coach by coach into our website, ensuring accuracy and completeness Marking each school as complete once all the required information has been input Working efficiently to meet the project's targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Project Structure and Targets The project will be broken down into batches by sport, with approximately 17 sports categories to be covered. The target is to input around 35,000 rows of data across these categories. The information to be input includes: Full name of the coach Title of the coach Email address of the coach Phone number of the coach While speed of entry is important, it is crucial that accuracy and completeness are not compromised.
