Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist – Remote We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to be a team player. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
