Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote) In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. As a key member of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and work towards common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and focus Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a legal or related field Familiarity with online platforms and tools, including e-filing systems and document management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with online platforms and tools Attention to detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even in repetitive tasks Analytical skills: Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving goals Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
