Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and efficient data entry support through live chat interactions, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries. Input and update customer information and account details with precision, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management and maintain confidentiality. Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Stay up-to-date with Netflix services and products, providing informed support to customers. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple live chat interactions simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, preferably with a streaming service or entertainment company.
