Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, reviewing and verifying the quality of entered data, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images. Identifying document types based on provided guidelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data. Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment. Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work. Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, with a focus on productivity and time management. Performing other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role. Compensation and Schedule At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package and flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. The details of our offer include: Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, to accommodate your needs and preferences. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a focus on productivity and efficiency. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency, with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and complex instructions, with a focus on continuous learning and development. Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality, with a focus on security and integrity. Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Typing Requirements To excel in this role, you should meet the following typing requirements: WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, demonstrating speed and accuracy in your typing skills.
