About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and providing support to our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $24-$34 per hour. Key Responsibilities Post internal job positions for addressed partners to offer, according to legally binding agreements. Plan for the conceding process upon bid end. Create, send, and record advancement bid award letters and documents. Make, track, and maintain various records. Stay aware of, demand, perceive, and survey stamps for Tech Activities staff. Act as a support when and where required. Maintain office supply stock and initiate department supply orders when necessary. Work primarily Monday through Friday, and finish weekends and events as required. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in an office setting. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of legally binding agreements. Knowledge of the Onboarding consistency process. Experience managing staff and administrative abilities. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
