Key Responsibilities Input data accurately into blithequark databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry to prevent errors, and perform data cleanup and validation to improve data quality. Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. Review and update existing data to ensure consistency and correctness, and generate reports, summaries, and other documents from inputted data. Process forms, applications, and other documents as needed, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines. Handle sensitive information securely and with discretion, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that demonstrate your ability to perform the key responsibilities outlined above. The following are the minimum requirements and qualifications for the Data Entry Agent position: Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (preferably 45-50 WPM or higher), and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
