As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk, you will play a crucial role in identifying license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types from images, utilizing your attention to detail and data entry skills to contribute to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Correctly identifying license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types from images, including prefix, suffix, and vehicle type, using TransCore provided Training Guides and other materials. Rejecting unidentifiable license plates using the correct disposition reasons, following business rules that may differ from project to project. Achieving a minimum of 600 image sets per hour while maintaining established standards of accuracy in human review. Monitoring image quality and application performance, providing feedback to the Supervisor on any issues encountered during work. Performing other duties as requested by the Image Review Supervisor and/or Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and record data from images. A minimum of 8,500 data entry keystrokes per hour and a typing speed of 35+ words per minute. Basic level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to efficiently manage and record data. Adherence to work schedules, with the ability to sit for long periods and maintain focus on tasks. A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in data entry or image review, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with TransCore systems and training guides, or similar technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback to supervisors and colleagues.
