Job Overview This is a remote, full-time opportunity available to candidates based in the United States, specifically in North Carolina. As an Evening Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibility will be to enter information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. Key Responsibilities Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely and accurate manner Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information to ensure high levels of accuracy Maintain high production levels while ensuring attention to detail and quality of work Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, embodying the blithequark spirit of excellence and customer satisfaction Work independently in a remote setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to achieve common goals and resolve any issues that may arise Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents, including Bills of Lading Ability to type 50 words per minute with high accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in AS400 or similar systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, maintaining focus and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or home-based setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with transportation or logistics operations, including knowledge of industry-specific software and systems Experience with data entry software and systems, including AS400 and other similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
