About the Role We're looking for an experienced Data Entry and Technical Program Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements through data analysis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address global technical challenges Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis, and present findings to stakeholders Plan and automate metrics, build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify opportunities, and make business recommendations Essential Qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or a related field 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and managing data sets using SQL Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders 3 years of experience in technical program management or related technical fields Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and achieve shared goals Excellent analytical, data perception, and decision-making skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
