Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations, producing data-driven, key insights, and developing high-impact solutions to drive business growth and development Communicate findings with a clear perspective and compelling narratives, enabling stakeholders to drive product strategy and decision-making Design, distribute, and maintain flexible self-service tools and dashboards that align with broader departmental objectives, allowing cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify areas of opportunity, define and implement tracking designs for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data Mentor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically rigorous fields 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, ideally in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or marketing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style according to the audience Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and impact overall strategy Proficient knowledge of SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets Experience with visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python/Git is preferred, but not required Knowledge of data architecture and data governance principles Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design Strong understanding of business operations and market trends Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
