Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding clients to our platform, processing plan configurations and renewals, and providing exceptional service to employers in processing eligibility updates. Key Responsibilities Onboard clients to our platform, ensuring a 98.5% or higher success rate in processing plan configurations and renewals. Identify trends and proactively address issues, ensuring that clients are taking advantage of best practice solutions. Enroll employees via EDI or manually to our platform, and provide service to employers in processing eligibility updates, including new hires, changes, and employee terminations. Process employer updates, including plan and funding, as well as participant card and claim escalations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve client, plan, or customer escalations within a 3-5 day window. Identify gaps in existing processes and work with leadership to make recommendations, build solutions, and execute process improvement. Gather and document desired output from employers and their representatives, and configure employer and settings selected in required platforms. Develop and continuously iterate best practices, providing suggestions and documentation for collateral and feedback. Capture all employer information and input into systems with a high degree of accuracy. Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. While not required, we prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience working with employer groups, and 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products, such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience working with employer groups. 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products. Experience with data entry and implementation. Knowledge of project management methodology.
