Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and systems, and be part of a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Analyze payment history and notes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Communicate statuses to customers and provide updates on their accounts Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document customer interactions and update account information Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong multitasker, and have a drive to solve problems and meet goals. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you will need to have excellent Internet connectivity, a productive and quiet workspace, and a Smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer.
