About the Role: Data Entry and e-Filing Specialist This is an exceptional opportunity for a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to work remotely as part of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. As a Data Entry and e-Filing Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the team on projects, resolving issues, and achieving common goals. This position is ideal for those who are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and are comfortable with technology. Please note that while this role is remote, candidates must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Review and accurately file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring adherence to our high standards of quality and efficiency. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, applying your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience and technical proficiency are strongly preferred. You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, hold a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy. The ideal candidate will also have: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel, and a typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute.
