About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Allocation Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the distribution and billing of our publications to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This position involves both inbound and outbound customer service interactions, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage account creation and maintenance for various print offices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Direct record supply management and bring section back, utilizing our Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via email and telephone, providing exceptional customer service and support. Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and research related to billing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring seamless execution. Assist with all aspects of the customer invoice process, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Years of general office experience, with prior customer service experience preferred. Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex accounting spreadsheets. The capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to a varying daily workload. Willingness to work a standard 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, with flexibility to ensure coverage as needed. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business, communications, or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Knowledge of the Lattice Single Copy System or similar software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
