Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of data entry and credentialing. Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate. Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data solutions. Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, contributing to the overall success of our Data Enrichment team. Essential Qualifications 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus, although we welcome applications from talented individuals with a strong passion for data entry and credentialing. Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and able to support a work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent command of the English language and great written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or with credentialing data is highly desirable, although not essential. Familiarity with online databases and data entry software is a plus, although training will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
