**Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance Specialist**

This role is an integral part of the Consistency Group within the Individuals/HR Division, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and data accuracy. **Why You'll Love This Job** As an Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and communicating compliance requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining arenaflex's reputation for excellence and integrity. **What You'll Do** * Uphold the HR Consistency group and Tasks with liabilities to include, acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing unique signature freedom letters; maintain associations with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry * Process everyday FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any dataset issues * Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents working intimately with HRIS and EC framework * Direct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency * Collaborate with clients and team members consistently * Audit completed Unique mark Applications and checking for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse **Favored Capabilities and Earlier Professional Training** * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) * Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database * Proficiency in advanced Excel skills like organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup * Familiarity with advanced Access skills * Ability to decipher large datasets to foster significant reports * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Demonstrated critical thinking abilities * Ability to direct fair and steady use of organization policies and government requirements * Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results * Ability to function well in a team environment * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications * Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database **What You'll Get** * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * Participate in arenaflex's Health Projects, designed to support your overall well-being and provide you with the tools, resources, and backing you need to thrive * Access to a 401(k) program, with business contributions available after one year * Enjoy a range of additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a strong and effective workforce.
