Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Sales Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping shape the future of businesses of all sizes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving go-to-market strategies, managing campaigns, and providing feedback to our product and global solutions teams to inform our product roadmap. You will serve as a solution sales leader within the direct enterprise business organization, guiding C-level executives and their teams in shaping their cloud and data analysis strategy and enabling digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain executive relationships with clients as a data analysis informed authority, influencing long-term strategic direction for new and existing clients, and arenaflex Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs). Develop and execute strategic account plans, including an enterprise plan across key industries, and focus on building accounts. Help clients identify use cases suitable for arenaflex cloud data and analysis solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and quantifiable business impacts. Collaborate with arenaflex Account and Technical teams to develop pipelines and provide expertise to create Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts with arenaflex Cloud Platform partners. Align the business against objectives and key outcomes to measure the state of the business for the domain accurately. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in advancing analysis, data warehousing, or data management software. You should have experience working with architects or client technical teams to build business cases and accompanying plans for execution. Additionally, you should have experience with planning, pitching, and sending off a field sales system, as well as business and legal agreements with Acquisition, Legal, and Business teams. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience with data analysis technology stack (e.g., Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data management). You should also have experience with market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies. Knowledge of arenaflex Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, etc.) is highly desirable. The ability to design, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish sales and customer change strategy aligned to data and analysis is also essential.
