Experienced Customer Service Associate – Work from Home Opportunity with arenaflex in the Netherlands, Delivering Exceptional Support to Swedish Customers

As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email. About the Role This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time 40 hours per week. You will be required to work variable hours to match when our customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you will be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers Providing exceptional support to our customers in Sweden, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Continuously learning and improving your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with our products and services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Have the right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) You'll need a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Service Associate with arenaflex, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of 15.50, plus up to 800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only). You will also be eligible for a salary increase after 6 months of tenure.
