Job Overview The blithequark Streaming Information and Examination association is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in applying scientific rigor to enhance our content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release methodology. Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. A passion for Media and Entertainment.
