As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, driving business growth and excellence through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements to inform business decisions. Create and communicate complex data insights and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Respond to ad-hoc queries and provide analytical support to address emerging maintenance issues and inform business decisions. Develop and present findings, trends, and recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Design and distribute custom queries to extract and integrate data from various sources, establishing cadence and validating data needs. Identify process anomalies through audits and communicate findings to the team. Evaluate process effectiveness by monitoring for trends and anomalies, ensuring a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the team leader. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this internship, you must: Be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree. Possess the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas through written, verbal, or presentation formats to diverse audiences. Assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should: Have knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. Be proficient in using PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. Have past internship, capstone project, or research coursework experience.
