Job Overview The Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS at blithequark is looking for a skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to design and expand critical workflow tooling at scale. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering valuable data and insights, engaging with partners across the organization to provide training in support of workflow initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization will be essential in helping us achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and refining end products Characterize the current state of workflows, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and targeting areas for improvement Identify insights and opportunities for growth, translating them into actionable plans and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workflow initiatives and improve overall efficiency Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to turn research into insight, developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and providing action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau development skills Proficient in SQL, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development, including data build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code Product Ownership experience, with a track record of driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management skills, with experience planning and driving efforts across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
