Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and expanding essential workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence will be instrumental in driving meaningful change and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex workflow systems, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence to drive informed decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine workflow tooling, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes Provide training and support to stakeholders, empowering them to effectively utilize workflow systems and drive business outcomes Conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and developing actionable recommendations to stakeholders Design and develop dashboards, reports, and other visualization tools to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data-driven insights into workflow systems and drive business outcomes Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence Solid understanding of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization and storytelling Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: experience planning and driving efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, where talented individuals can develop their skills and advance their careers.
