Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a set of KPIs to quantify the effectiveness of our initiatives and drive business growth. Design and lead the improvement of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our objectives. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence. Essential Qualifications Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting. Expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive). Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current). Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience driving a team of analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with AI and machine learning techniques, including natural language processing and deep learning. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. Certifications in data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
