As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals through inbound sales calls, scheduling appointments, and general customer service duties. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process * Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers * Following up with potential patients to ensure timely scheduling and appointment completion * Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment * Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure timely resolution and high-quality care * Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, showcasing your analytical and communication skills * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional customer experience **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
