Greenheck Education Center, where you will collaborate with innovative teams to develop technical course material for our online e-learning platform. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge tools and continuous learning opportunities, providing meaningful support for in-person and remote training events. Your contributions will help deliver impactful experiences for our customers and employees, while you build relationships across the company and contribute to a culture of service and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical course material for our online e-learning platform * Provide support for in-person and remote training events, ensuring seamless delivery of impactful experiences for customers and employees * Assist with the set-up and tear-down of the service training area, taking ownership of hands-on projects that make a real difference * Support the product display team and hospitality team as needed, building relationships across the company and contributing to a culture of service and excellence * Work in our Bernard A.
