Our team of 140+ passionate professionals is committed to creating a best-run company, both internally and for our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing top-notch support via email and phone-based tickets, tracked in our support desk system. You'll have the opportunity to learn about property management, HOAs, and our powerful accounting software, while developing your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. This is a full-time hourly role, with the option to work from our Clearwater, Florida or Knoxville, TN offices or remotely, while also being hybrid eligible. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Utilize our support desk system to track and manage customer interactions, while maintaining accurate records and documentation * Develop a deep understanding of our accounting software and property management solutions, with the ability to explain complex systems to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, while sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk, with experience in accounting and/or property management terminology a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate customer issues * Proven multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work in an omnichannel environment * Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues * Ability to work in the US without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with accounting and/or property management software * Familiarity with HOA property management terminology and concepts * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment **Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a best-run company, both internally and for our customers.
