With a culture based on continuous learning, transparency, and collaboration, we're the perfect fit for individuals who thrive in a scaling-up environment. **Your Mission** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing solutions to customer queries via email and chat, focusing on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products * Researching and explaining our services to ensure customers have a seamless experience * Evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements * Collaborating with the Customer Care team to ensure exceptional customer support **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position * Full professional proficiency in English * Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase * Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and a willingness to learn **Added Values** While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued: * Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments * Experience with HTML/CSS * Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix) * Experience with Google Tag Manager * Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian **Location** As a remote-friendly company, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
