Our team is passionate about providing personalized service, and we are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations. **What You Will Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions * Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/sports assigned to ensure timely and effective resolution * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to facilitate wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees **All You Will Need for Success** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A strong commitment to teamwork and customer service * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate and take initiative * Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
