Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to assist our existing and new customers with inquiries about our pool services. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers on our services, and overseeing route optimization for our technicians. Your excellent communication skills and ability to earn our customers' trust will be essential in establishing our reputation as a company that offers exceptional pool services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service requirements, providing personalized support and guidance whenever needed. Analyze and report product malfunctions, testing different scenarios or impersonating users to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Update our internal CRM system with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Inform customers about new offers or services, promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers. Follow up with customers to ensure that their pool technical issues are resolved, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and share it with our technician teams, using this feedback to improve our services and enhance the customer experience. Oversee route optimization for our technicians, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not essential. You should have a good understanding of how CRM systems work and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling challenging customers and situations are also essential.
