Job Responsibilities As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
