Key Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including data entry, prescription processing, and patient consultations Develop strong relationships with patients, customers, and healthcare providers Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including data entry and record-keeping Process prescriptions, including filling, labeling, and verifying medication Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should also have a strong foundation in mathematics, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control are also essential.
