About Our Customer Support Team Our Customer Support team is the backbone of our client's experience, addressing how-to questions, investigating client requests, and working creatively to help businesses grow. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with arenaflex clients to provide timely and accurate support, addressing how-to questions and investigating the arenaflex platform Deliver a "human-first" experience, providing goals for clients through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and arenaflex tools Become a subject matter expert in arenaflex products, both at a technical and client use-case level Identify opportunities to help clients maximize their value from arenaflex, seeking better ways to work smarter and delight clients Partner with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to help the team work more intelligently while driving client value higher Collaborate with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention, functioning as a unified team Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of impacting clients positively Demonstrated background in supporting online software or SaaS products, or IT experience Experience building best practices focused on support quality and efficiencies, possibly from having worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader Ability to adapt to working independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a strong team environment Multiple instances of prioritizing high-impact/ high-value work among competing needs or requests Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript) Familiarity with navigating and working with multiple support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work setting Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour 401k Retirement plan Excellent medical, dental, vision, and parental leave benefits Open and transparent culture Fantastic opportunities for career growth and advancement On-site gym at our HQ with local professional trainers Bi-weekly free lunch on-site, monthly arenaflex credit if you're remote Unlimited PTO (with the understanding that collaboration with your manager and colleagues will be essential to ensuring appropriate client coverage) Loads of perks and benefits Our Culture At arenaflex, we're proud of our dynamic and supportive culture, which is built on the principles of Client Fixation, pioneering innovation, Zero Show, and relaxation.
