Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using customer support software to track and manage customer inquiries. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the overall customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communication, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. At least 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience using customer support software, such as Gorgias, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
