About the Role We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to be part of our Customer Care department. This role is primarily focused on answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, agents, and funeral homes. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed with care and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and funeral homes, resolving issues and answering questions in a knowledgeable and courteous way. Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer information, process requests, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are handled promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and ability to learn and grow with our company. Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills are necessary, including the ability to type at a speed of 35 words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Attention to Detail: You must be able to pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled accurately and efficiently. Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures is essential, as our company is continually evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers. Schedules We offer both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our full-time schedule operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm MST. For part-time positions, we are open to discussing flexible schedules that suit your availability and our business requirements.
