Manage customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement, ensuring that customer voices are heard and valued. Develop and maintain efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports, to ensure that all customer support processes are optimized and effective. Provide administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and flexibly. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: A genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support. Exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation, to ensure seamless operations and efficient processes. Advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite, with familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy considered advantageous, to effectively manage customer support operations across multiple platforms. Excellent written communication abilities, capable of adapting to blithequark's established tone and voice, to provide consistent and high-quality customer support. A self-starter with a proactive and solution-focused approach, able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a home-based setting. A high level of attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks and communications, to maintain the highest standards of customer support and service. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly valued: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the psychedelic or wellness industry, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of our customers.
