Job Overview As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be employed by us but will be supporting the clients of a globally recognized technology leader. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and non-technical assistance to customers, resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing top-notch customer support. Offer technical and non-technical assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and implement efficient solutions to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures, treating customers with respect and professionalism. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level) and a good command of Russian and English (B2 level). While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment. Don't worry if you lack direct experience; we will provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you excel in your role. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00.
