About the Role This is a contract remote position designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving customer complaints via phone calls. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and empathetically, following our established communication scripts. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication. Follow communication scripts for handling various customer topics. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as clearing cache, rebooting systems, and uploading/downloading files. Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule. Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Reside in the United States. Possess a laptop or desktop (non-Mac), a USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required). Have basic tech skills, including the ability to reboot systems, clear cookies, and send screenshots. 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year of experience in a brick-and-mortar call center. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in environments that involve handling sensitive or emotional customer interactions. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
