Key Responsibilities Demonstrate experience in driving diligent teams and leading by example Apply quantitative analysis skills to integrate complex data into key components that drive informed decisions Exhibit a strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into significant business insights Develop and maintain strong composition, presentation, and communication skills to convey complex quantitative analysis to senior managers Proven ability to work cross-functionally, across organizational levels, and in various geographies Comfortable working in places of uncertainty with large volumes of periodically ambiguous data Job Description As a Business Analysis Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team that analyzes data and cycles to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business. You and your team will strive to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for the customer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical skills, a structured scientific approach, a keen eye for business, problem-solving and collaboration abilities, and a remarkable capacity to communicate complex concepts and results clearly.
