Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Support Crewmember at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, requests, and needs through various channels, including phone calls, digital support (chat, SMS text, email, etc.), and other communication platforms. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, while consistently meeting our high standards of service, sales, and operational support.
