About the Team As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you’ll work closely with our customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns. Day-to-day, your interactions with our customers directly impact their ability to run their teams efficiently. In doing so, you’re a key player in growing blithequark. You’ll work closely with our global support team to efficiently identify, solve, escalate, and advise our customers on their questions and concerns. The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 9-6 PM EST, and you'll be an integral part of our team's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Impact: You’ll work closely with our customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise them on their questions and concerns, directly impacting their ability to run their teams efficiently. Problem-Solving: You'll utilize your technical aptitude and curiosity to investigate issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Essential Qualifications Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Technical aptitude, with a strong understanding of software applications, digital channels, and CRM systems. Exhibit strong curiosity and empathy, with a passion for investigating issues, building positive customer experiences, and driving customer satisfaction.
