Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support to arenaflex's customers via various support channels, including phone support with video chat capability and traditional chat support. You will assist customers with software navigation, help them locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when necessary. Our earnings potential is as follows: Earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives Peak rates apply from January to April, with increased earnings potential during our busiest periods Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics can earn an average of $16-$19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes pay for each hour worked, provided you are available for the full 60 minutes Schedule and Availability Our seasonal contract runs from January to April 15th, 2024, and we offer flexible scheduling opportunities to suit your needs. You will be required to work a minimum number of hours per week, but you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday Weekday and weekend options available Flexible scheduling to suit your needs and preferences Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Sincere desire to assist customers and provide exceptional support Tech-savvy and avid computer user with experience navigating multiple systems Ability to communicate effectively with a friendly tone and professional demeanor Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Work Environment and Technology Requirements To work as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that meets our technology and environment requirements. These include: Quiet, uninterrupted space with a professional appearance (if on camera) Organized desk area with a personal computer (no tablet) and broadband internet connection (recommended at least 10 MBPS) Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) and Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date, as well as a USB headset with microphone A webcam will be loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract Important Information Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Additionally, all contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check and agree to the terms of our contractual relationship.
