Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Answering customer questions via email and phone in a timely and professional manner * Accurately and efficiently completing data entry tasks, such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers * Supervising that any relevant orders had shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels * Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned * Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Must be at least 18 years old * High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience * Excellent computer knowledge and usability * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required * Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking * Tactful customer issue resolution **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Experience with order management and fulfillment processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
