This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home, and due to registration requirements, we are currently seeking candidates residing in Florida or Texas. About the Role The primary focus of this role is to be an efficient and productive member of our customer service team, handling all customer service-related inquiries via chat. As a chat support specialist, you will respond to a variety of requests, including product inquiries, shipping damage claims, order status updates, vendor communications, pricing calculations, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and answer questions. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide informed support and recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using this information to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Ability to work in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the e-commerce or customer service industry, with knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets or related products. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or helpdesk platforms. Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a desire to develop sales skills and contribute to revenue growth.
