As a Remote Health Team member, you'll be part of a dynamic and driven team that's passionate about health and wellness. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a seasoned CX professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, email, and SMS interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our DEXA technology and related health and wellness topics. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for health and wellness, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates * Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client issues and concerns * Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology * Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues * Collaborate with the Remote Health Team to develop and implement effective customer experience strategies * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * 2+ years of extensive Customer Service experience in a related field (health and wellness industry preferred) * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets * Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of related topics and trends * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with DEXA technology and related health and wellness topics * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience working with diverse client populations, including those with varying health and wellness needs **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour, with opportunities for growth and bonuses * Monthly bonuses of up to $500, based on individual performance and team revenue goals * Stock option grants, awarded annually based on performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Sick leave + Paid time off + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401k + Company-wide peer bonus program + Employee assistance program + Regular virtual social events **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work environment, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for work-life balance * Collaborative and inclusive team culture, with a focus on employee well-being and development * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, to support your growth and success * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for health and wellness, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
