As a native U.S. English speaker, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of listings and support tickets. Your ability to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and collaborate with your teammate will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work closely with the overseas admin team to ensure timely and efficient handling of listings and support tickets Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only) Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and communicate with the team Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficiency in using modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training provided if necessary) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Experience working in a remote or online team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Familiarity with the industry or sector in which blithequark operates, with a passion for learning and professional development Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision Proficiency in using modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
