About the Role As our first dedicated Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping to build a robust support system for future team members. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via live chat or email to resolve issues and provide support, ensuring timely and effective solutions to their problems Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to enhance your ability to assist customers and provide expert guidance Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest innovative ways to improve our products, contributing to the development of our solutions Perform non-customer support related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess superb written and verbal communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be adept at solving problems. You should be comfortable discussing technical concepts at a high level and be willing to learn more about our app and the Shopify ecosystem. Additionally, you should be: Able to handle challenging customers (although we have very few of these) Proficient in basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed Comfortable writing technical documentation and articles Willing to perform non-customer support related tasks, as we are a small startup and everyone wears multiple hats Able to have at least a 4-hour overlap with our team's working hours (GMT+7 9am-6pm) Nice to Have While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be highly beneficial: Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization Experience working with B2B SaaS solutions Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian Other skills that could be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary, negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
